Cancellation Procedures

1.1. GEOSER YAPI YALITIM İNŞ. TAAH. OTO İTH. İHR. SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is open to evaluating any cancellation requests that may arise in the services provided to our customers.

1.2. Cancellation requests should be communicated to the Company in writing by contacting the Company. Cancellation requests can be made via telephone, email, or official written notification.

1.3. Cancellation requests may vary depending on when the service will be provided. If the cancellation request is made before the service is rendered, no fee will be charged to the customer for the canceled service. However, for cancellation requests made after the service has been rendered, the cost of the relevant service may be charged to the customer.

Refund Procedures

2.1. The Company is open to evaluating any refund requests for the products provided to the customer.

2.2. Refund requests should be notified to the Company in writing within a specific period from the date of product delivery. Refund requests can be made via telephone, email, or official written notification.

2.3. Refund requests will be evaluated under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refund requests will be accepted in cases where the product is delivered incorrectly, is defective, or the customer is entitled to an exchange.

2.4. After refund requests are approved, the value of the returned product will be refunded to the customer depending on the payment method. The refund process can be made to the customer's payment account or credit card.

Special Circumstances

3.1. The Company reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund conditions under certain circumstances. These circumstances may arise from legal requirements or special agreements.

3.2. The Company will inform customers of these conditions before any cancellation or refund process.

İptal ve İade Koşulları

İptal İşlemleri

1.1. GEOSER YAPI YALITIM İNŞ. TAAH. OTO İTH. İHR. SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (bundan sonra "Şirket" olarak anılacaktır), müşterilerimize sunulan hizmetlerde oluşabilecek herhangi bir iptal talebini değerlendirmeye açıktır.

1.2. İptal talepleri, müşterinin Şirket ile iletişime geçerek yazılı olarak bildirimde bulunması gerekmektedir. İptal talepleri telefon, e-posta veya resmi yazılı bir bildirim aracılığıyla yapılabilir.

1.3. İptal talepleri, hizmetin ne zaman sunulacağına bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir. İptal talebi, hizmetin sunulmasından önce yapılırsa, iptal edilen hizmet için müşteriye herhangi bir ücret yansıtılmaz. Ancak, hizmetin sunulmasından sonra yapılan iptal taleplerinde, ilgili hizmetin maliyeti müşteriden tahsil edilebilir.

İade İşlemleri

2.1. Şirket, müşteriye sunulan ürünlerde herhangi bir iade talebini değerlendirmeye açıktır.

2.2. İade talepleri, ürünün teslim alındığı tarihten itibaren belirli bir süre içinde Şirket'e yazılı olarak bildirilmelidir. İade talepleri telefon, e-posta veya resmi yazılı bir bildirim aracılığıyla yapılabilir.

2.3. İade talepleri, ürünün kullanılmamış, hasarsız ve orijinal ambalajında olması şartıyla değerlendirilir. İade talepleri, ürünün yanlış teslim edilmesi, arızalı olması veya müşterinin değişim hakkına sahip olması durumlarında kabul edilir.

2.4. İade talepleri onaylandıktan sonra, iade edilen ürünün değeri müşteriye ödeme şekline bağlı olarak iade edilecektir. İade işlemi, müşterinin ödeme yapmış olduğu hesaba veya kredi kartına yapılabilir.

Özel Durumlar

3.1. Şirket, belirli durumlarda iptal ve iade koşullarını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Bu durumlar, yasa gerekliliklerinden kaynaklanabilir veya özel anlaşmalara dayanabilir.

3.2. Şirket, müşterilere herhangi bir iptal veya iade işleminden önce bu koşulları bildirecektir.
